Missing Lufkin man’s body recovered from Neches River

DIBOLL, TX (KTRE) – Captain Shawn Phillips of East Texas Parks and Wildlife confirmed that the body of 23-year-old Markus Smith was recovered from the Neches River on Thursday night.
